This soup can you make with only 10 minutes preparation and 20 minutes cooking process. This soup recipe is ready for four serving. First, prepare the ingredient such as a bunch of spring onions, trim, and chop roughly, a medium peeled and diced potato, one garlic clove that crushed, 850 ml vegetable or chicken broth, 900 gram peas, four tablespoon fresh mint that chopped, a large pinch of sugar, one tablespoon fresh lemon juice and 150 buttermilk or soured cream. To make this soup, set large pan and then put potato, garlic, spring onion, and stock and heat until it boil. Add cannellini beans from 2 cans drained, a cup of water, simmer until the stock is thicken in 8 minutes. Stir in 2-tablespoon parmesan that has grated with 3-tablespoon pesto.
